Great Stay..overwhelming staff This was my first stay in Nizwa, Oman and if I will ever visit again, this hotel certainly would be the place where I would stay. There are several reasons for that, to enumerate some: 1. The location is quite good, in proximity with all tourist spots (Jebel Akhdar, Nizwa Souq, Nizwa fort etc) 2. The property is neat and clean. 3. The rooms are well equipped and are decent in size. 4. The pricing is very competitive as compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Last but not the least, the host, Mr. Anu Mathur, an incredible man who defines what hospitality is. He made our trip so comfortable and enjoyable, that we can't thank him enough. My go to place in nizwa As always my go to place in nizwa. Though Mr. Anu was on leave but to be staff was very courteous and professional. Very reasonable price as well. Top 🔝 während einer Rundreise ! Das perfekte Hotel als Zwischenstopp einer Rundreise.Sehr reine, große, eher einfache aber voll funktionelle Appartements - sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Great location great ale big hospitality We stayed here 2 nights in a 2 bedroom. It was quiet and comfortable and very clean with great sheets and good towels. Easy to control the AC for each room. Amazing water pressure on the showers with quite ample hot water. Well stocked kitchen with some waters to. We actually got to enjoy the buffet dinner one evening which was tasty with variety. Grilled Chicken and mutton , a veggie curry, biryani rice, yummy yummy homemade chicken soup clearly made with bones as it was thick and delicious. Great salad bar etc. The staff were so hospitable greeting us at our car, carrying our luggage up to the room and checking us in efficiently. . We had a schedule delays getting to the hotel on check in day and they communicated very clearly that all was ok with our reservation They offered great suggestions for activities and restaurants. Definitely enjoy the food and the scene at Al Masharef ( nearby and recommended by Anu the manager). arranged a driver to take us up for fun half day trip into the Al Hagar mountains- did couple cool side hikes and then enjoyed a sunset -this is true hospitality! It’s only about 10 min drive to city center but if you have a car - easy free parking. Grocery and ATM nearby. Most professional & Friendly place in Oman I have moved in early 2022 to Nizwa,From the first visit and the professionalism of the staff.I decided it to be my permenant residence in Oman. A year passed now and words can't describe how the team here make it feel as home. - Most welcoming staff and happy always to guide or support. - Rooms are always clean. - View of the mountains and fresh air around are astonishing. - The best part is the smile of the staff I see in the morning and when I get back after a tiring working day. SPECIAL THANKS to Mr.Anu for managing the hotel making it the best place in Nizwa for guests and for me the best place all over Oman. As well my recognition to his amazing staff Nancy, Karen and Hafsal. All of you guys are my family in Oman whom I can rely on.
